The Changhua Branch, National Taxation Bureau of the Central Area (NTBCA), Ministry of Finance, announced that foreign nationals residing in Taiwan with proof of residence can now apply for various E-tax documents online via the Ministry of Finance’s E-tax portal.(https://www.etax.nat.gov.tw/etwmain/online-service/e-tax-document).
The Changhua Branch indicates that foreign nationals applying for an Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC) or related services may be required to submit certain documents, including the latest individual income list and property list. Foreign nationals with a registered Health Insurance Card for online services can immediately apply and obtain the documents.
To facilitate the process, the Changhua County Service Center, National Immigration Agency has set up a special online application link on its official website. The service is aimed at helping foreign nationals obtain tax-related documents more conveniently

The Changhua Branch further indicates its collaboration with the Local Taxation Bureau, Changhua County and the Changhua County Service Center, National Immigration Agency also provides a cross-agency single-window service to assist foreign nationals with tax consultation.
