The Bureau upholds the values of “providing social benefits and services to the people.” As such, we have implemented many measures to achieve the goal of “one-stop applications and full-coverage service,” including the implementation of one-stop counter service, taxation payment counters will full-coverage service, and multi-function service counters. To simplify taxation procedures, allocate division of responsibilities, and provide cross-bureau and cross-regional services, we have set up counter services for individual income tax, alien individual income tax, and estate and gift tax. By advancing our overall service quality, we seek to achieve high efficiency through a small staff, thereby fulfilling our mission of “better image, great service, and high efficiency.”
