Appointment with the Director-general

Our Bureau provides enhanced convenient service for the people, improves harmony for both the taxpayers and the administration, and welcomes the opinions from all walks of life.  
We would like to strengthen mutual communication from each other, understand people's needs, and solve people's problems about taxation issues, If members of the general public have concrete suggestions regarding national tax acts or administrative measures, or make a complaint regarding our operations, they can communicate face-to-face with the director-general, director, or chief through the "Appointment with Leaders." 

How to make an appointment:

The general bureau: General Administrative Division
Subordinate units: Service section

※If your suggestion or statement deals with taxation questions, please fill in your question in the opinion mail box from eTax Portal, Ministry of Finance. We will respond in a timely manner.  

 

Not acceptable cases:

  1.  After review, it is determined that there is no concrete fact, name, or address.
  2.  After verification, it is determined that the name, address, phone number, or email address is counterfeit, or the report is deemed anonymous or false. 
  3.  After review, the application is found to be a repeat or further repeat of the same matter which has been appropriately dealt with and clearly answered.
  4.  After review, the authority receiving the application is not competent to deal with the subject matter of the application, and the applicant is found to have filed similar applications to different authorities regarding the same matter.
  5.  After review, the application refers to prosecution cases or judgements.
  6.  After review, the application refers to a case under an administrative remedy or having a final judgment.
